Postdoctoral Fellow, IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Materials Science, Nanomagnetism, Spin–Orbitronics, MRAM Technology, 2D Magnetism, Device Fabrication & Testing
Sriram earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from CK College of Engineering and Technology (Anna University) in 2015, his M.Tech in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from PSG College of Technology in 2018, and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from IIT Hyderabad in 2023. His doctoral work earned him an Excellence in Research Award.
