Sateesh Kandukuri
Poat-Doctoral Research Associate
Research- Spintronics, Magnetic Skyrmions
Dr. Sateesh Kandukuri's work explores novel spintronic phenomena, with a particular emphasis on magnetic skyrmions and their application in next-generation computing technologies.He earned his M.Sc. in Physics following a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Electronics. He completed his Ph.D. in Physics, where he developed expertise in advanced magnetic materials and spin dynamics. His current research focuses on engineering ferrimagnet systems to enhance the mobility and readout efficiency of skyrmion-based synaptic devices, aiming to push the frontiers of neuromorphic computing.

Fardin Rafique
Project-JRF
Research- Interlayer exchange coupling based robust, non-volatile, scalable and reconfigurable PUF hardware
Fardin holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, and an M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia. His master’s research focused on nanochemistry and nano-energy, particularly the development of heterojunctions for green hydrogen generation.

Subrata Biswas

Research- Spintronic Oscillator
Subrata hascompleted his B.Sc. in Physics (Hons.) from Gour Mahavidyalaya, University of Gour Banga, Malda, West Bengal, and obtained his M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Roorkee, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from IIT Guwahati, under the supervision of Prof. A. Srinivasan, Prof. A. Perumal (IITG), and Prof. Ken-ichi Uchida (NIMS, Japan). His doctoral research, titled “Development of Fe₂₋ₓCr₁₊ₓ₋ᵧCoᵧSi Heusler Alloys for Spintronic and Spin Caloritronic Applications,” explored novel Heusler alloy systems for efficient spin transport and thermal spin conversion phenomena

Parabi Datta
Associate Project Engineer
Research- Spintronic Oscillator
Parabi received her B.Tech degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata in 2021. She completed her M.Tech degree in Microelectronics and VLSI System Design from the National Institute of Technology Mizoram in 2023.
