Subhankar Das
Ph.D. EEE, IIT Guwahati
Prime Minister's Research Fellow
Research interests - Spin Seebeck effect, Piezomagnetism, Energy harvesting devices
Subhankar received B.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the Haldia Institute of Technology, India with a silver medal in 2017. He completed his M.Tech degree in VLSI Systems from the NIT Nagaland, India while receiving the gold medal for the best outgoing student award in 2022. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India as PMRF fellow.

Atul Kumar Singh
Ph.D. EEE, IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Spintronics devices, MRAM, Opto-magnetic memory, UV photodetectors
Atul Kumar Singh received his bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Instrumentation engineering from Kalinga institute of industrial technology, Odisha, India in 2019. After graduation, he completed his Master’s degree in VLSI system from the National Institute of Technology Nagaland, Dimapur in 2022. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics in the Electronics and Electrical engineering (EEE) department at IIT Guwahati. He published two journals (IEEE Photonics Technology Letters and Materials letters) and one conference (IEEE INDICON) paper based on UV photodetector in 2021-22.

Shivendra Pratap Singh
Ph.D. EEE, IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Spintronic devices
Shivendra completed his M.Tech degree in from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, India. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India.

Md Waliur Rahman
Ph.D.CFN, IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Spintronic devices
He is a master’s graduate in Physics from Gauhati University, with a specialization in Nanophysics and Advanced Electronics. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. at IIT Guwahati, and his research is focused on the CISS effect and spintronic sensor devices.

Debdulal Dey
Ph.D.CFN, IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Modelling and Fabrication of spin based Oscillators
Debdulal did his B.Sc in Physics Honors from Acharya B. N. Seal College, Cooch Behar, following a Masters Degree in Physics from IIT Gandhinagar. His masters thesis is titled “Macrospin simulations of hybrid free layer magnetic tunnel junctions based radio frequency oscillator”. His research interest lies in the field of numerical simulations and fabrication of MTJ based spintronics devices.

Sudipta Ghosh
MS+Ph.D. ,IIT Guwahati
Research interests - Spintronics and memory devices
Sudipta Ghosh is currently pursuing an integrated MS+PhD program in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, where he is associated with the Magnetism and Spin Technologies (MAST) Lab.
He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Netaji Subhash Engineering College (affiliated to MAKAUT). His master’s specialization is in VLSI under the Department of EEE, IIT Guwahati.
His research focuses on spintronics and memory device applications.
