Abhishek Anand
M. Tech, EEE, IIT Guwahati
Research: Mist CVD, Thin-Film Deposition & Semiconductor Devices.
Abhishek is currently pursuing his M.Tech. in Microelectronics, Photonics & RF (MPRF) at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He completed his B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Bhagalpur College of Engineering in 2024 with a CGPA of 8.55. His research interests include Mist-CVD, thin-film deposition, and semiconductor devices, with his current work focused on the development and optimization of a Mist-CVD system for functional oxide thin-film growth.
